Has anybody had their account incorrectly banned?

I haven’t played in months, and I went to log back on and I get a message saying that I am permanently banned for using a 3rd party software. I don’t know how or why this happened, because I haven’t used any sort of 3rd party app for clash, and I haven’t had a jail broken phone for the better part of 6 years. Some people complain sometimes about bans they consider as unfair. But it is impossible to us (we are only players and Supercell doesn't communicate details about these issues) to check if there were reasons to justify the bans or not.

The better you can do is to contact Supercel support. I wish you good luck for the recoverry.
